Emily Bailey is the managing principal at OneDigital’s Hartford operation. In addition to coaching and mentoring an impressive team of employee benefits consultants and principals, Emily provides insightful and refreshing commentary on the evolving generational differences in the workplace, innovative insurance options, culture and engagement as seen in both her writing and captured by industry publications.

Emily has an extensive amount of experience in strategic benefit planning and plan evaluation, interpreting Health Care Reform and compliance requirements. She is proficient in risk management, designing progressive plans to support alternative funding methods, health improvement initiatives and global benefits solutions.

In addition to serving on the board of directors of Healing Meals,  Emily  is involved in supporting numerous organizations including service as a member of ConnectiCare’s Broker Advisory Council, Trinity Health of New England’s Broker Advisory Council, and Cigna’s Women’s Leadership Council.

Emily resides in Avon, CT with her husband Chris, and their three daughters Allison, Mackenzie and Avery.
