Ryan Mazun is Chief Actuary & Analytics Officer at Monogram Health, a value-based specialty provider of in-home healthcare services for patients living with polychronic conditions, including chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease.  Previously, he played a key role at a startup developing a multi-cancer diagnostics blood test, and also spent 13 years at Aetna/CVS Health in various capacities, including actuarial, finance, medical economics, and clinical operations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Actuarial Mathematics from Bryant University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Ryan enjoys life in West Hartford center alongside his wife, Sam, and their two children, Henry and Eleanor. He eagerly looks forward to making a positive impact on the local community by contributing to the success of Healing Meals Community Project.
