Chef Joe Bucholz, our Executive Chef joins our staff after many years at La Figata Restaurant / Z Catering in Granby, CT.  He alongside our kitchen team, will continue to provide nourishing meals to our clients while providing a collaborative and supportive experience for our volunteers.  Joe brings over 20 years as an Executive Chef leading the entire culinary team and directing kitchen operations.  He is passionate about fostering an educational environment and is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to help us grow and provide more meals to families in need.

Chef Joe Bucholz creates a one-of-a-kind menu for event rentals. He brings his culinary blend of international and American cuisine for up to 100 people. He is eager to collaborate and bring you the event of your dreams.

Nourishing Ourselves Wellness Series Cooking Experiences
Join us in 2024 for engaging, hands-on cooking experiences with Chef Joe Bucholz who will guide you in creating an organic menu including an appetizer, main course and dessert. Guests will work in groups to create each menu item at a dedicated workstation complete with tools and ingredients. You will discover and practice new ways to create healthy, delicious food you can share with friends and family.
