Healing Meals Recipe: Avocado Lime Dressing


  • Flesh of 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together until combined. Taste test for salt/pepper.
