Below are some of the event opportunities for a Healing Meals Sponsorship.

Cookathon
This popular two-day event provides corporate teams an opportunity to have the “Healing Meals Experience” for the day, while working alongside a locally recognized chef. Corporate teams prep, cook, and package meals, and write client cards that will be delivered to meal recipients.
Title Sponsor: $15,000 (Reserved)
- 3-hour team-building experience during Cookathon timing
- 2 Teams can participate, limit 12-members per team
- Your logo on all materials: Print, Digital/Social Media, On-Site (includes signage & verbal mention at each shift)
- Your organization will sponsor 4 weeks of client meals for the month of June. A custom tag will be created to communicate your organization’s support of HMCP.
- Permanent placement on our Sponsor Wall
Team Participation: $3,500
- 3-hour team-building experience during Cookathon timing

Made with Love Benefit
Four local chefs will collaborate to create a delicious medley of passed hors d’oeuvres and dessert. This fundraising event will include a signature cocktail, live music and various auction opportunities to support our Healing Meals Community Project mission.
Presenting Sponsor: $20,000 (Reserved)

- Verbal mention during our Auction.
- Sponsorship of 4 weeks of client meals in April, for which a custom tag will be created to communicate your organization’s support.

Super Saturday
Sponsor our fun wellness event! Together, we’ll raise awareness
& vital funds for families in need. Event participants register for
one wellness activity, and then join us for a delicious Garden
Brunch at our beautiful location! Activities include:
- The River Run in Simsbury: 5K or 10K walk or run
- 10-mile Bike Ride
- 2.5-mile Heublein Tower Hike
- 1 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class (All Levels)
- A delicious Garden Brunch at the Healing Meals Kitchen!

Kitchen Workshops
Interactive, creative, and unique culinary workshops that take place in our Healing Meals kitchen. Workshops are intimate learning environments that bring our community together. We collaborate with local chefs to bring a high-level of expertise and fun to each event. Each workshop is a special experience only available at Healing Meals Community Project.
Workshop Sponsor: $500 per workshop
- Example: Fermenting Workshop with Terry Walters. An evening of education, inspiration, and hands-on fermentation-making. Learn how and why fermenting foods are so beneficial for gut health, cognitive function, and immune support.

Corporate Volunteer Experience
Corporate teams come into the Healing Meals kitchen to prep, cook, and package client meals. One team-building experience available per month.
Monthly, January – December
Tuesday Mornings Only | Limit 12 per team.
Half Day: $1,000
- 2-hour team volunteer shift in the Healing Meals Kitchen.
Chef Dinner Parties
A popular local chef will host a unique dining experience to benefit Healing Meals. Each chef will create their own farm-to-table menu for an intimate 50 person event.
Dinner Sponsor: $5,000
