Ellen Palmer is Co-Founder and Associate Director at Healing Meals Community Project. Having overcome many health challenges, Ellen is passionate about the healing power of food and helping people, especially youth, reach their highest potential, best health, and happiest life. She is the Co-Creator of the Wise & Well curriculum for private high schools and colleges and creator of the Ideal Life Method. She coaches young adults and professionals around the world to develop the emotional intelligence, daily practices and lifestyle habits to thrive physically and emotionally. Ellen graduated from St. Michael’s College with a BS in Business and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Her former corporate career and experiences as an entrepreneur for the past 13 years come together at Healing Meals Community Project to help build the internal and external processes and systems for a sustainable model for community caring and health improvement. Ellen lives in Simsbury with her husband and two sons.
