Talcott Mountain Holiday Festival
Kick off the festive season with a charming, European-style holiday market in Simsbury at the base of Talcott Mountain!
Shop local artisan booths in the shadow of the Heublein Tower and enjoy an array of holiday activities including:
1:00 - 5:00 pm - Local artisan marketplace
1:30 - 2:00 pm - Storytime with local author Greg Wolfe reading his holiday children's classic,
"Shmelf the Hanukkah Elf," followed by a book signing
2:00 - 5:00 pm - Photos with Santa Claus
5:00 pm - Community Carol Sing featuring choirs from Simsbury High School and Northwest Catholic
5:00 - 6:00 pm - Lighting ceremony for Connecticut's largest Christmas tree!
All day, enjoy free cookies, cider donuts, ice cream and hot chocolate courtesy of Two Sisters Ice Cream.
An array of local food trucks will also be on site.
Proceeds will benefit the Healing Meals Project.
This event will be held at 140 Nod Road, at the former Tower Ridge golf course.
Ample free parking is available on both sides of Nod Road, and admission is free!
