Alondre Rush is a Senior Client Operations Manager at Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), where he owns the end-to-end operational value chain for client partnerships. Here, he was introduced to a volunteer opportunity at Healing Meals. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University.

Alondre is deeply passionate about community impact and actively supports local organizations focusing on youth development, education and addressing food insecurity. He co-leads Camp Courant’s Junior Leader Program and serves on United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut’s Advocacy Committee and was a member of the Centennial Year Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Scholar Advisory Network of Hartford Youth Scholars.

Alondre is happily married to his wife, Lauren, and finds joy in game nights, fitness, sporting events, mentorship and podcasts. He is fully committed and excited to help advance the mission of Healing Meals Community Project forward.
