Fermenting February with Terry Walters

Join Healing Meals in welcoming back friend and local plant-based cookbook author, Terry Walters, for an evening exploration of fermentation and gut health. Together we’ll learn the why and how fermented foods improve digestion as well as whole body physical and mental health. What’s the difference between pickles and ferments? You’re about to learn! Come prepared to make your own sauerkraut and fermented veggie sticks that you’ll take home to ferment and that will in turn take care of you!
