Lisa is an innovative creator who blends her background in marketing and psychology to construct original programs, events and campaigns that resonate with audiences. At the Healing Meals Project, she creates promotional materials and campaigns for the organization and its events, and works to expand its name recognition across the state.

Lisa holds an M.S. in Mass Communication from Boston University, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary.  In 2016, she created and launched The Storyteller’s Cottage in Simsbury, a literary event venue and escape room. Previously, Lisa has worked as a communications director, independent publisher, event planner, web designer, graphic designer, social media manager, freelance writer and reporter, escape room designer, and a gifted education coach and teacher. Lisa and her husband Matthew own and manage several commercial properties in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and are the proud parents of three grown boys.
